How to order?
1. Click on the product to add to cart or go to the product details page 
2. Select the quantity and click on the ‘add to cart’ or ‘buy now’ button
3. If you have finished adding all items to the cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page
4. On the shopping cart page, you can edit the selected products, then proceed to checkout
5. The order summary will show the total quantity, coupon details and total amount. If the above information is correct, please click ‘proceed to checkout’
6. Fill in the customer info, delivery details and payment details
7. You will be connected to the SHOPLINE Payments page to complete the payment

Will I get a refund if my order is cancelled?
If we are unable to complete your order and your order is cancelled, we will contact you to arrange a refund

What should I do if the item is temporarily out of stock?
If we experience delays in completing your order, or if the product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you immediately. If the item is not in stock, we will replenish it. If you do not wish to wait, we will contact you to cancel your order.

What are the delivery arrangements in case of typhoons or adverse weather conditions?
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, all delivery services of the day will be suspended and rescheduled
